Personalized forget me not memorial seed packs for funeral or celebration of life are printed on Kraft card stock and folded into an sort of envelope. Seed are nestled inside a zip bag for freshness. Each pack contains approx 40 seed. 

Each pack is the size of a 4 x 5 greeting card and come in packs of 10
Cards are very classy made out of 65 lb card stock and printed with vibrant ink. They are a very nice memento to give or save. 
 
We have several options to choose from including a do it yourself "craft version."
